Our Services
We believe in utilizing the combination of manual therapy and exercise to reduce pain, heal injuries, and prevent them from occurring/reoccurring.
Your therapist will advise you on which interventions will be best for your current condition. You will likely receive a combination of them. Below is a breakdown of the different interventions you may receive.
Integrative Dry Needling
-
IDN is an advanced form of dry needling that targets your region of pain and the associated nerve pathway to influence pain and performance at the level of your central nervous system. IDN more comfortable than traditional trigger point needling and its dosage is customized based of your injury and overall health. The Needle Doc is able to safely needle all soft tissues including joints, tendons, muscles and ligaments.
-
When a small needle is inserted into your body, we create a tiny injury that triggers your natural immune response, reduces inflammation, reduces pain, increases circulation, and restores range of motion. Dry needling also improves your muscle recruitment which plays a huge role in injury prevention and performance enhancement.

Soft Tissue Mobilization
-
Therapeutic Massage, Scraping, Joint Mobilization/Manipulation, Cupping
-
These interventions help increase circulation and mobility of your tissue layers optimizing range of motion and motor recruitment.

Red Light Therapy
-
We are happy to introduce our red light therapy device that utilities a combination of red and near-infrared wavelengths to optimize cellular function, stimulate collagen production, increase circulation, and reduce inflammation.
Our unit is cleared by the FDA as a class II medical device.
-
Red and near-infrared light stimulate the mitochondria, aka the energy producer, in our cells to make more ATP (energy). This helps cells repair themselves and optimize their function within our skin, muscles, and other soft tissues.
-
Research suggests that it can help with wound healing, generalized pain reduction, muscle recovery and much more.
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy (BFR)
-
BFR is a rehabilitation technique where a tourniquet is placed on your limb blocking venous return and restricting arterial blood flow to your involved limb to facilitate strength gains.
-
When you restrict venous return and arterial flow, your muscles become deprived of oxygen and stressed. This mimics the envormonment that is created when you exercise at a high intensity.
The benefit of BFR is you exercise at low loads and still see significant strength gains,
-
BFR is a game changer in the rehab community. When you have an injury or are freshly post op, you physically cannot handle high loads during exercise because your tissues need to heal.
By using BFR, you can stress the tissues by reducing blood flow vs high load exercise and see significant strength gains expediting your recovery.
Exercise
You will be prescribed exercises that will aide your recovery and reduce your risk of re-injury.
